Beall & Co Announces Name Change, Relocation

(Oconee County, Ga.) - Beall & Company, Inc. a real estate development consulting firm formerly based in Resource Valley in Bogart, has relocated its office to The Summit at Mars Hill in Watkinsville, announced President Ken Beall.
The move follows a recent change in ownership and company name. Previously Beall Gonnsen & Company, the firm was co-owned by Beall and Rex Gonnsen since it was founded in 1985. Gonnsen sold his interest in the organization in December 2004 to pursue other development interests, and Beall will remain and serve as the president and sole stockholder.
"We are pleased to be located in this outstanding complex," said Beall. "The close proximity to our Oconee County clientele, as well as Highways 316 and 78 is an optimum advantage for our organization."
He added, "Our expanded, more modern, state-of-the-art environment allows us to better serve our clients."
Beall's new building features more than 5,000 square feet of workspace, reception and conference areas, and high tech audio/visual equipment. Designed by Beall and Company, The Summit at Mars Hill is Oconee County's newest, most upscale office complex.
Specializing in land planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering, Beall & Company is widely known for its successful zoning variances, land use permitting, and land development projects in Clarke and Oconee Counties. Some of the company's ventures include: Oak Grove Subdivision, Old Waverly Subdivision, Town Center in Watkinsville, and Resource Medical Office Park.
With 14 staff members, Beall & Company serves property owners, contractors, land developers, municipalities and more.
Other changes include the design of a new website www.beallandcompany.com. With a launch date scheduled for mid-summer, the website will offer helpful information about the company and its services, along with a portfolio of successful ventures for clients and potential clients alike.
