Founded in 1985 as Beall Gonnsen & Company, Ken Beall and Rex Gonnsen founded the land planning firm to utilize their education and training and help clients develop the best use for their land and real estate investments. The pair soon grew the company, adding a professional staff of designers, engineers and landscape architects shaping much of the greater Athens area.
In 2004, Gonnsen sold his interest in the organization to attend Savannah College of Art and Design, and Ken Beall continues to grow the company and maintain his commitment to industry excellence. He now serves as the company's president and sole stockholder.
